Interior Finishing Features:

All apartments feature a video intercom, underfloor heating infrastructure, and a radiant heater. We also use the latest technologies and modern design materials in our project. Our top priority is to offer INSULATION, THE RIGHT LAYOUT, AND QUALITY OF LIFE. The countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen are made of marble, and the cabinets are made of Highglass. The faucets used are made of chrome-plated stainless steel. The entrance to the complex and the staircase are made of marble. The glass-and-aluminum window and door frames we use on our balconies create a spacious environment. Our windows are made of colored PVC, feature double glazing, and provide thermal and sound insulation. They can also be opened from both sides. For our apartment entry doors, we will use steel doors with 25-point locks. Interior doors are finished with a lacquered finish. The ceiling heights of the rooms leading to the attic are designed to be ergonomically suitable for human comfort and to provide a standard floor height. Our roof support system is made of steel. There will be two layers of thermal insulation and waterproofing in accordance with European standards. Our roof will be covered with anthracite-colored tiles. Twenty insulated pumice blocks are used on the exterior of our building. The material called Blok Bims, which we use in the interior of our building for flat partitions, is a product with a national technical approval certificate in Turkey that provides 52 dB of sound insulation per 20 cm. The apartment’s rooms are constructed from 10.0 cm-thick bricks with horizontal perforations. Thanks to the material’s light weight, it does not place an additional load on our building; it is TSE-approved and is a Class A1 fire-safe product.

Location Highlights:

The distance to the sea is just 500 meters. Supermarkets such as Migros, Şok, Bim, and A101 are in the immediate vicinity. It is located 350 m from the ring road, a street served by public transportation. Our project is situated in a spacious area with views of Kale Castle and the sea. Roads run along three sides of our lot, and on one side there is a green space (park). Our real estate project is ideal for those who want to enjoy a high quality of life.
