Description

MK LUX PROPERTY presents a residential complex currently under construction in the well-developed Mezitli neighborhood. Construction on the complex began in late February 2023. It consists of a single 15-story building with 88 apartments featuring 1+1 and 2+1 layouts.

Location

The complex is located in the Mezitli district, 660 meters from the beach. Mezitli is a district with well-developed urban infrastructure. The Mezitli neighborhood is ideally located. From here, it is very easy and quick to reach both the city center and neighborhoods such as Teje, Erdemli, and other parts of the city. The neighborhood is connected to the natural gas network, and gas will be supplied to the complex. Within walking distance of the complex are grocery stores, schools, a kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, a public hospital, and public transportation stops—in short, all the necessary urban infrastructure.

Amenities

The complex will feature an outdoor pool, a gazebo for relaxation, a children’s playground, a parking lot, and a generator.

Construction of the complex began in February 2023 and will be completed by the end of June 2024. An interest-free installment plan is available until construction is completed.
